KJ Choi won the Chrysler Classic of Greensboro his first PGA Tour victory since 2002. Choi started the final day with birdies at the first four holes to open up a tournament winning gap on his rivals. Choi shot a 6 under par final round of 66 to give him a 22 under par total of 266 and a two stroke victory over Shigeki Maruyama.
First round leader Charles Warren finished tied for third place alongside Brandt Jobe and Jason Bohn at 17 under the card. Warren tied the Forest Oaks Country Club record with an opening round of 62.
Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, Colin Montgomerie birdied the last hole to win the Dunhill Links Championship at St. Andrews on Sunday.
The win, his first since the Singapore Masters early last year propelled Monty into second place on the European money list behind US Open champion Michael Campbell. Montgomerie also moved into the top 20 in the world rankings after his one stroke victory over Kenneth Ferrie of England.

Adam Scott is regarded as the most exciting young Australian golfer since Greg Norman. At the age of 23 years, eight months and 12 days, he became the youngest winner of The Players Championship on the US PGA Tour, an event considered by many to be the game's fifth Major.
Scott is a four-time winner on the US PGA Tour. His initial breakthrough came at the 2003 Deutsche Bank Championship after a second round 62 set up a four stroke win and saw Adam break into the top 20 in the World Rankings for the first time.
