Norman plays host

Australian golfing icon Greg Norman will play host this week at the Franklin Templeton Shootout at the Tiburn Golf Club in Florida. The Great White Shark will partner Steve Elkington in this teams event won by Hank Kuehne and Jeff Sluman the last two years.

12 teams will line up at the 17th annual Franklin Templeton Shootout which begins on Friday local time with a modified alternate shot format, followed by best-ball on Saturday and a scramble on Sunday.

Adam Scott

Adam Scott is regarded as the most exciting young Australian golfer since Greg Norman. At the age of 23 years, eight months and 12 days, he became the youngest winner of The Players Championship on the US PGA Tour, an event considered by many to be the game's fifth Major.
